Terms of Service
What this site is
Neon Vigil is the hub for the Neon Vigil universe. Here you can explore the lore and the Grid Log, preview games like Gigas Garden and NV-808, and talk in the hub chat. The site is a small, independent project, run by Jasmine Infiniti and New World Dysorder.
Accounts
To use the hub you sign in with a GitHub or Google account. Sign-in is handled by Supabase. An email sign-in option may be added later. You are responsible for keeping your own sign-in account safe, and for anything done while signed in as you. If you think someone else is using your account, let us know at bookings@jasmineinfiniti.com.
The hub chat
The hub chat lets you talk with other players and with Neon. Be respectful. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, or spam, and do not share other people's personal information. Neon is an AI. She can be wrong, she can misunderstand you, and what she says is not a fact just because she said it. Do not share passwords, addresses, or other private details in the chat.
What you post and how you behave
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or spam, and do not try to break the site, the games, or anyone else's account. We may remove posts and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Our work
Neon Vigil, New World Dysorder, and the characters, stories, art, music, and worlds on this site belong to Jasmine Infiniti and New World Dysorder. Do not copy, reuse, sell, or claim our work as your own without permission. If you want to use something, ask first at bookings@jasmineinfiniti.com.
The site is still being built
The games and the site are in development and preview. Things may change, move, or go down without warning, and features may appear or disappear. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes.
Younger users
If you are under 18, please use this site with a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
